What file types do you export?
DXF (polyline and spline) and SVG. Both work with Lightburn, RDWorks, and all major laser and CNC software.
What machines does it work with?
All of them. Glowforge, xTool, OMTech, Epilog, Trotec, Boss Laser, and any machine that accepts DXF or SVG files. CNC routers and plasma cutters work fine too.
Do you store my photos?
No. Uploaded photos are processed immediately and deleted within 24 hours. We never use your images to train AI models.
What if the stencil has floating pieces?
Our auto-bridging feature connects them for you automatically. You can also fix them manually in the bridge editor if you prefer.
How many credits does it cost?
Each generation uses 2 credits. Each DXF or SVG export uses 1 credit. Free credits and purchased credits never expire.
What if a job fails?
If the job fails due to a server error, the credit is automatically refunded. Reporting bugs with a screenshot also earns 2 bonus credits.
